Production Supervisor

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor based in Greenville, AL. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to production schedules, and manage production planning processes. The role involves supervising team members, ensuring quality standards are met, coordinating workflows, and resolving any operational challenges. This individual will also serve as a key communication link between various departments to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Proficiency in Production Schedules and Production Planning to maintain efficient operations
• Experience in Production Management, ensuring quality standards, and operational excellence
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members and departments
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred
• Knowledge of safety protocols and lean manufacturing principles is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business management, or related field is preferred
