Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor to manage and execute a variety of surveying projects. This role involves operating surveying equipment, preparing documentation, managing projects, and interacting with clients while ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain surveying equipment for various surveying tasks
Perform surveys including construction sites, property boundaries, and topographical surveys
Conduct and document calculations to support survey reports
Prepare Right of Way (ROW) plan documents
Manage and complete surveying projects from start to finish
Prepare surveying proposals
Provide seals and signatures as required
Communicate and coordinate with clients and internal teams
Attend professional development activities to maintain licensure
Perform additional surveying-related duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee and guide surveying technicians

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Active Professional Surveyor License (Ohio)
Valid driver’s license
Extensive experience in surveying (minimum 10 years preferred)
