About the role

1. Senior Design Architect – Athletics
Responsibilities:
- Lead design on small to medium projects in athletics.
- Collaborate with teams, mentor junior staff, and lead presentations.
- Participate in business development and maintain client relationships.
- Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture, 8–15 years in athletics projects.
- Architectural registration required; LEED AP/BD+C preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
2. Senior Design Architect – Healthcare
Responsibilities:
- Lead design and project delivery for healthcare projects.
- Collaborate with teams, mentor staff, and present design solutions.
- Engage in business development and maintain client relationships.
- Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture, 8–15 years in healthcare projects.
- Architectural registration required; LEED AP/BD+C preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
3. Senior Design Architect – Higher Education
Responsibilities:
- Lead design on higher education projects; develop concepts and presentations.
- Mentor and train junior staff; collaborate with project teams.
- Maintain and develop client relationships; participate in business development.
- Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture, 8–15 years in higher education projects.
- Architectural registration required; LEED AP/BD+C preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
4. Senior Project Architect
Responsibilities:
- Independently provide architectural services on small to medium projects.
- Produce construction documents, oversee design integrity, support CA process.
- Mentor staff and maintain client relationships.
- Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture, 15+ years experience.
- Architectural registration required; LEED AP/BD+C preferred.
- Expertise in Revit, specifications, code research, and high technical competence.
5. Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage budgets, schedules, and project delivery across multiple projects.
- Lead client relationships, multi-disciplinary teams, and project administration.
- Participate in business development and reporting to department leaders.
- Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture, 10+ years experience.
- Architectural registration required; LEED AP/BD+C preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit, InDesign, Microsoft applications, and technical/project management.
