Job Overview:

A boutique architecture firm in Cold Spring, NY is seeking a Project Architect/Designer with strong experience in luxury residential projects. The role involves leading projects from design development through construction documentation and construction administration, working closely with principals, consultants, and clients.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of architecture experience (residential preferred)
Strong Revit & BIM modeling experience
Experience preparing construction documents
Knowledge of NY building codes & zoning
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with consultants
B.Arch or M.Arch degree required
RA license or pursuing licensure preferred
Must be local to Cold Spring, NY or willing to relocate
