About the role

The role involves leading architectural projects from concept through construction, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation. The position will also coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams while supporting project schedules, budgets, submittals, and quality control.

Key Requirements:

Strong experience in architectural design, technical detailing, and construction documentation
Project management and consultant coordination experience
Proficiency with BIM tools, particularly Revit
Experience reviewing submittals and construction-phase documentation
Knowledge of building codes, budgets, and construction processes
Strong communication and client coordination skills
Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite
Residential or mountain-region project experience is a plus
