We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator is a key player in ensuring the seamless execution of plumbing projects, managing everything from initial planning to final completion. They are responsible for coordinating teams, tracking progress, and maintaining project efficiency, ensuring that plumbing installations and repairs meet high-quality standards.

• Prepares reports on project status and recommendations for improvement
• Addresses challenges that arise during the project and finds effective solutions
• Strong communication skills to ensure smooth project execution
• Organize schedules and coordinate between departments, contractors, and installers

• Liaise with contractors, builders and other team members to ensure smooth project execution

Experience

• Prior experience in plumbing, construction or mechanical systems is preferred
• Understanding schedules, budgeting, and resource allocation is crucial
• Experience managing teams and coordinating contractors is a plus
• Coordinating between plumbers, builders, and contractors utilizing strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to efficiently troubleshoot plumbing issues over the phone and resolve project challenges
• Skilled in computer operations, including typing, Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, RingCentral, and Smartsheet
• Exceptional ability to juggle multiple plumbing projects, ensuring seamless coordination, timely execution, and system efficiency
• Availability for on-call schedule is essential to provide timely responses to plumbing emergencies as they arise
