Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager or Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee high-end residential renovation and restoration projects in the Boston area. This role is responsible for managing luxury residential construction projects from planning through completion while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working on brownstones, historic townhouses, and luxury residential renovations, along with the ability to coordinate subcontractors, manage project logistics, and ensure compliance with local building codes and inspection requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee high-end residential renovation and restoration projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, sequencing, and project timelines.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries to maintain project progress.
• Handle permits, inspections, and compliance with Boston building codes and regulations.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource allocation to ensure financial targets are met.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and client expectations.
• Manage site logistics and day-to-day on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, renovation, or restoration projects.
• Proven experience managing or supervising high-end residential projects valued between $1M – $3M.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, sequencing, and logistics management.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, inspections, and permitting processes.
• Familiarity with luxury residential construction materials and practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working on-site in Boston and surrounding Metro West areas.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on Boston brownstones or historic townhouse renovations.
• Experience managing projects in Downtown Boston, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South End, or Metro West areas.
• Background in luxury residential construction for high-net-worth homeowners.
