Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role involves managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and owners
• Manage RFIs, submittals, permits, and project documentation
• Oversee procurement, subcontract buyouts, and change orders
• Monitor construction progress to ensure quality and safety standards
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Manage project closeout including punch lists, inspections, and final documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6–10+ years of project management experience in construction
• Experience managing large residential or commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, contracts, schedules, and cost control
• Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel
