Project Manager

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rockville, MD. As a Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Daily responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating logistics, supervising site inspections, expediting operational workflows, and communicating progress with team members and stakeholders. The Project Manager will also maintain compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee project milestones and deliverables
• Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely and efficient project progression
• Proficiency in Logistics Management and resource allocation for effective project execution
• Familiarity with Inspection processes and quality control protocols
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and solve challenges proactively
• Prior experience in construction, site development, or heavy highway projects is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred
