We are seeking a full-time Project Superintendent to join our team on-site in Norwood, MA. The Project Superintendent will oversee daily field operations for commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising site staff and subcontractors, enforcing safety regulations, managing project schedules and resources, and monitoring work progress to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams on construction sites
Comprehensive experience in Commercial Construction and understanding of construction processes
Proficiency in Quality Control practices, ensuring standards and project specifications are met
Knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and the ability to enforce compliance
Experience with Budgeting and managing project costs effectively
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain project documentation
Proven ability to solve problems and adapt to dynamic project requirements
Previous experience in the medical or environmental construction sectors is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in construction management or related fields are advantageous
