Property Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential income properties. This role involves managing tenant and owner relationships, handling leasing activities, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring overall property performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tenant and owner relations across assigned properties
• Market vacancies, coordinate showings, and screen applicants
• Prepare, manage, and enforce lease agreements
• Conduct property inspections and ensure proper upkeep
• Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and contractors
• Monitor property financials, including rent collection and expenses
• Ensure compliance with property management laws and regulations
• Handle multiple properties and deadlines efficiently

Required Qualifications:

• Valid California Real Estate License
• Minimum 3+ years of property management experience
• Strong experience in leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and make decisions effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with property management software (AppFolio, Property Meld, ShowMojo, zInspector, BoomScreen, etc.)
• Certifications such as NARPM, IREM, CAA, or CAR
• Familiarity with property management laws and compliance
