Location: Cumming, GA (Northside Hospital Forsyth)

Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

Duration: 13 Weeks.

Guaranteed Hours: 40/week

Pay Rate: $45 – $48/hour

Type: Contract | Quick Offer Available

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hospital-based experience
• Active LCSW license in GA
• AHA BLS certification required

Additional Details:

• No local candidates within 50 miles
• No on-call required
• Overtime available (daily after 24 hours / weekly after 40 hours, based on multiplier)
