About the Job:

Seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to provide legal counsel and representation in a wide range of real estate matters. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of real estate transactions, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and property-related legal issues. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage complex transactions and collaborate effectively with legal professionals and support staff.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance regarding commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, lease agreements, easements, financing documents, and other real estate-related contracts.

Conduct due diligence, including title review, property investigations, and assessment of legal risks associated with transactions.

Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.

Represent clients in negotiations involving buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, and other stakeholders.

Manage real estate transactions from initial consultation through closing, ensuring all legal requirements are satisfied.

Perform legal research and analysis related to real estate matters, land use, zoning, environmental regulations, and property taxation.

Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative personnel to deliver comprehensive legal services.

Assist with dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration, and litigation involving real estate matters when required.

Monitor developments in real estate law and provide strategic guidance based on changing regulations and industry trends.


Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law and membership in good standing with the applicable state bar.

7–10 years of experience practicing real estate law.

Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, title matters, zoning regulations, and property law.

Excellent negotiation, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional legal environment.

Experience handling real estate disputes, litigation, mediation, or arbitration is preferred.
