A well-established multi-office law firm is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate and corporate law to join its Cleveland, Ohio office. The ideal candidate will possess strong transactional experience, exceptional drafting abilities, and sound business judgment. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate and corporate matters for both public and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents
• Handle commercial and real estate transactions from inception to closing
• Support general corporate matters, including entity structuring and governance
• Assist with financing and lending-related transactions
• Conduct legal due diligence and contract analysis
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and external stakeholders on complex legal matters
• Provide practical legal and business-oriented solutions
• Maintain high standards of professional responsibility and client service

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate and corporate law
• Prior experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal environment
• Strong experience handling commercial or real estate transactions
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and practical business judgment
• Demonstrated professionalism and interpersonal skills
• Financing transaction experience is considered an advantage
• Strong academic credentials

Licenses & Bar Admission

• Admission to practice law in the State of Ohio is required
