About the job:

Seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join a growing litigation practice. This position offers the opportunity to handle a broad range of real estate disputes and become an integral member of a collaborative legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing litigation matters from inception through resolution and possess strong advocacy, analytical, and drafting skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Handle all phases of real estate litigation matters, including case strategy, filings, discovery, and trial preparation.

Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation-related documents.

Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written arguments.

Take and defend depositions.

Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings.

Manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.


Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Minimum of 1 year of civil litigation experience.

Experience handling litigation matters through various stages of the legal process.

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Professional, client-focused demeanor.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in real estate litigation.

Experience taking and defending depositions.

Prior courtroom advocacy experience in state and/or federal courts.

Portable book of business is a plus but not required.
