About the Role

We are seeking motivated and driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team in Cary, NC. This opportunity is ideal for licensed real estate professionals—or individuals currently pursuing their real estate license—who want to build a successful career with strong earning potential and a steady flow of qualified leads.

As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will work with warm buyer and seller leads provided by the company, attend pre-set appointments scheduled by our Inside Sales Agent (ISA) team, and guide clients through the home buying and selling process from consultation to closing.

Key Responsibilities

Work with qualified buyer and seller leads provided by the company
Conduct client consultations to understand real estate needs and goals
Show residential properties and assist clients throughout the buying process
Prepare and present offers, contracts, and negotiation terms
Maintain consistent communication with clients and provide exceptional customer service
Follow up with leads and appointments to maximize conversion opportunities
Utilize company CRM systems and follow established sales processes
Stay informed on local real estate market trends in the Cary, NC area
Collaborate with team members, lenders, inspectors, and closing professionals to ensure smooth transactions

Qualifications

Active North Carolina Real Estate License preferred
Candidates currently pursuing a real estate license are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales, customer service, or real estate experience preferred
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and digital communication tools is a plus
