We are a fast-growing, modern Real Estate and Business Law firm seeking a highly motivated and pragmatic attorney to handle complex commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is deal-oriented, strategic, and capable of independently managing transactions from start to finish in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

⚖️ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Full Lifecycle Deal Management

• Handle transactions from LOI (Letter of Intent) through closing
• Manage deals independently with minimal supervision

🔹 Drafting & Negotiation

• Draft, review, and negotiate:
• Commercial loan documents
• Purchase & Sale Agreements
• Commercial leases
• Operating agreements
• Joint Venture (JV) agreements
• Demand letters

🔹 Title & Closing

• Oversee title review and resolve title issues
• Coordinate escrow and ensure smooth closing execution

🔹 Client Advisory

• Act as a strategic advisor to:
• Investors
• Developers
• Lenders
• Brokers

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Ability to manage multiple deals independently
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Creative, solution-oriented mindset to overcome deal challenges
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, paperless environment
• Commitment to responding to clients within 24 business hours
