About the role

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit – Registered Nurse

Facility: Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY

Pay: $2,500/week

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule: Rotating Days/Evenings/Nights

Weekends/Holidays: Required as needed

On-Call/Callback: As needed

Charge Duties: As required by unit needs

Job Requirements

Active NY RN License – NY License Only
Minimum 2 years of RN experience
Telemetry experience

Certifications Required

NRP – 8th Edition
BLS – American Heart Association (AHA) only

About the NICU

The NICU is the only one of its kind in the Finger Lakes Region. It is a highly specialized, nationally recognized Level IV center providing the highest level of care for critically ill and premature newborns, including advanced treatment for respiratory failure and heart disease.
