Residential Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized High-End Residential Construction Superintendent to lead luxury home projects from groundbreaking to completion. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of construction management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will drive collaboration among subcontractors, vendors, and clients, creating a seamless building experience that exceeds expectations. Duties

• Coordinate and supervise all phases of high-end residential construction projects, from initial planning through final walkthroughs.
• Manage construction schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to ensure timely project delivery.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation on-site.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, manage crew assignments, and supervise daily site activities to maintain productivity and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, enforce OSHA and federal safety regulations, and ensure compliance with construction regulations.
• Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and OSHAsafety protocols to document progress, track issues, and facilitate communication among project teams.
• Review contracts, change orders, and budgets diligently to keep projects within scope and financial parameters.
• Lead project scheduling efforts including construction schedule coordination and resource management for multiple concurrent projects.
• Implement rigorous safety programs including OSHA compliance training and use of equipment like ohmmeters for electrical inspections.
• Foster effective managerial communication with clients, architects, vendors, and team members to maintain transparency and resolve issues swiftly.

• Construction: 5 years (Required)

Experience

• Proven experience managing high-end residential or commercial construction projects with a strong portfolio of luxury homes or similar developments.
• Extensive background in construction site management with a focus on quality control and safety management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Primavera P6, Primavera P3, Bluebeam Revu, ProCore, HeavyBid or equivalent tools for project scheduling and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and construction drawing review processes.
• Familiarity with federal construction safety regulations including OSHA standards is essential.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and managing crew teams on large-scale projects with a focus on budget adherence and schedule compliance.
• Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with the ability to coordinate complex schedules involving multiple stakeholders.
