Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $80,000–$100,000+ annually + commission

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Electrical Service Technician to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This position is ideal for a skilled residential electrician who is confident diagnosing electrical issues, communicating with homeowners, and completing service and repair work safely and according to code.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to 3–4 residential electrical service calls per day throughout the service area.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical problems.
• Assess customers' electrical needs and explain repair and service options clearly.
• Complete electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance in compliance with applicable codes.
• Provide professional, reliable service while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Use company-provided tools, technology, and vehicle to complete service calls efficiently.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team regarding daily assignments and customer needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of residential electrical service experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of residential electrical codes.
• Valid/current driver's license.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls throughout the day.
