Role Description

This full-time Residential Property Manager role is an on-site position based in Louisville, KY. The Property Manager will oversee the daily management of residential rental properties, coordinate with tenants, manage leases and lease administration, and ensure properties remain in good condition. Responsibilities include addressing tenant inquiries, handling property maintenance requests, managing vendor relationships, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Additionally, the position requires maintaining strong communication with property owners and tenants while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and property owners

Proficiency in managing Leases, including lease administration and ensuring compliance with lease agreements

Experience in Property Management, with the ability to handle maintenance requests, inspections, and vendor coordination

Familiarity with local property regulations and legal requirements is a plus

Proficiency in relevant management software and tools is preferred

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
