Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Shift: Day Shift | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RT) for a 13-week contract opportunity in Norfolk, VA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality respiratory care and work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and provide respiratory care to patients
• Administer oxygen therapy and respiratory treatments as ordered
• Monitor patients and document treatment responses
• Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Follow facility policies, infection-control procedures, and patient-safety standards

Requirements:

• Active Virginia Respiratory Therapist license
• RRT or CRT credential
• BLS certification

Compensation:

$45/hour | 36 guaranteed hours per week
