Restoration Project Manager

Position: Restoration Project Manager

Location: Baltimore, MD/ Alexandria, VA/ Richmond, VA / Raleigh, NC 

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect restoration losses, assess project requirements, and develop scopes of work.
• Explain restoration services to customers and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Manage multiple projects, coordinating crews, vendors, schedules, and jobsite activities.
• Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, agents, and property managers.
• Monitor drying progress, project timelines, and changes in scope.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure files are ready for billing.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment-related issues.
• Ensure completed work meets quality standards and participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing projects in restoration, construction, insurance, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Willingness to travel throughout Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and surrounding areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Residential water mitigation or restoration experience.
• Experience inspecting, estimating, and selling restoration projects.
• IICRC certifications and knowledge of structural drying.
• Familiarity with Xactimate, Encircle, or similar software.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $50,000 base salary plus commission.
• 2.5% commission when a job is sold and an additional 2.5% when payment is collected.
