Position: RN Unit Manager

Pay: Up to $65/hour

We are hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for a Long-Term Care facility in Orono, ME. This is a leadership opportunity for an RN who is passionate about providing exceptional resident care while supervising and supporting the nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead nursing staff on the assigned unit.
• Coordinate resident care plans and ensure quality outcomes.
• Oversee medication administration and clinical documentation.
• Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
• Previous Unit Manager or Charge Nurse experience is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
