About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Estimator & Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong commercial and residential roofing experience who can perform site inspections, prepare accurate estimates, manage roofing projects, and build lasting client relationships.

The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of roofing systems, estimating, project coordination, and customer service while balancing both field and office responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site inspections of commercial, industrial, and residential roofing systems.

Evaluate roof conditions and determine repair, maintenance, or replacement requirements.

Prepare accurate cost estimates, proposals, and scopes of work.

Estimate labor, materials, equipment, and project timelines.

Manage multiple roofing estimates and projects simultaneously.

Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and field crews.

Monitor project progress to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.

Interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and roof reports.

Utilize estimating software and CRM systems to manage proposals, project documentation, and customer communications.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.

Maintain organized project records and provide regular project status updates.

Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial and residential roofing estimating, sales, or project management.

Strong knowledge of commercial and residential roofing systems.

Experience inspecting and estimating roof repair, maintenance, and replacement projects.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Bluebeam.

Experience using eBuilder or similar construction management software.

Knowledge of CRM and estimating software.

Experience managing high-volume roofing projects and service accounts.
