Sales Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate position located in Stockton, CA. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our services to residential, commercial, and institutional clients. The Sales Associate will manage sales activities, create proposals, provide customer consultations, and ensure client satisfaction. This role requires frequent interaction with clients, on-site visits to properties, and collaboration with the operations team to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer relationship skills, including client engagement, negotiation, and communication
• Knowledge of tree care, landscape maintenance, and environmental services; experience with arboriculture or horticulture is a plus
• Experience in preparing proposals and presentations tailored to client and property-specific needs
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software systems
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in an on-site role
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally
• Prior sales experience, particularly in the tree care, landscaping, or related industry, is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
