Location: Nashville, Tennessee — Hybrid

Duration: August 31, 2026 – December 31, 2026

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST

Hours: 7.5 hours/day

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Platform Administrator II to provide Salesforce administration and platform support across multiple statewide Salesforce organizations. The role involves user/security administration, platform configuration, troubleshooting, data management, reporting, testing, and release support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security.
• Configure Objects, Page Layouts, Flows, Automation, and Validation Rules.
• Support Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide end-user support.
• Maintain data quality, duplicate management, and data integrity.
• Create and maintain Reports and Dashboards.
• Support sandbox testing, deployments, releases, and enhancements.
• Work with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to implement Salesforce solutions.
• Follow Salesforce security, governance, compliance, and documentation standards.
• Participate in Agile delivery processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional Salesforce Administration experience.

Required Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator

Preferred

• Public sector/government Salesforce experience.
• Experience supporting multiple Salesforce organizations.
• Experience with Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce governance, security, compliance, and audit requirements.

Important: Candidates must be local to Tennessee and comfortable working hybrid in Nashville, TN. Background verification and fingerprinting will be required.
