Senior CAD Designer - Remote

Senior CAD Designer opportunity within a land development team. Please find the key details below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare conceptual site layout designs aligned with scope, schedule, and regulatory requirements

• Develop deliverable-ready concept plans with accurate geometry, labeling, and detailing

• Design horizontal utility layouts with proper clearances and protective measures

• Prepare road and utility profile plans using Civil 3D (alignments, profiles, pipe networks)

• Develop grading designs and perform earthwork analysis using Civil 3D tools

• Prepare subdivision plans using coordinate geometry

• Produce accurate site lighting layouts using photometric modeling software

• Conduct final drafting and quality control of CAD deliverables per company standards

• Assist with waiver requests and municipal submission requirements

• Support project scope discussions and hour budget planning

• Mentor and guide junior CAD team members

Senior-Level Expectations:

• Strong land development design expertise

• Advanced Civil 3D proficiency

• Ability to work independently while following established standards

• Consistent accuracy and reliability in project delivery
