Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our legal team remotely in Nevada, reporting to the Denver, Colorado office. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in Nevada civil litigation, personal injury, and/or transportation litigation. This attorney should be capable of independently managing cases, handling complex legal matters, and delivering effective litigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage civil litigation cases through all stages, from initial filing to resolution.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
• Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality briefs, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze case facts, evaluate legal risks, and recommend appropriate courses of action.
• Support marketing, business development, and client relationship-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a professional, team-oriented work environment.
• Travel as required for court appearances, depositions, trials, and client meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Nevada, in good standing.
• At least 6 years of experience in civil litigation, personal injury, and/or transportation litigation.
• Proven ability to independently manage litigation files.
• Strong trial and courtroom advocacy experience.
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Colorado Bar license.
• Experience with transportation litigation, personal injury defense, or complex civil litigation.
• Experience in client development, marketing, and business relationship management.

Work Environment

This is a remote position for an attorney based in Nevada, with reporting responsibilities to the Denver, Colorado office.
