Senior Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with strong experience in real estate and civil litigation to manage complex matters from inception through resolution. This role is fully remote but requires the attorney to be based in San Diego, California.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage real estate and business litigation matters
• Draft and argue complex motions and legal briefs
• Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Serve as primary counsel and strategic advisor to clients
• Collaborate with firm leadership and mentor junior staff

Requirements:

• Active California Bar license (good standing)
• 5+ years civil litigation experience with real estate focus
• Strong motion practice and deposition experience
• Trial experience preferred
• Ability to manage cases independently in a remote environment
