Senior Pavement Estimator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Pavement Estimator based in New Jersey, United States. The Senior Pavement Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates and proposals for pavement and concrete maintenance projects. The role includes analyzing project specifications, developing project budgets, sourcing materials, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining close communication with clients to address their needs effectively. Additionally, the role may involve identifying project cost-saving opportunities while adhering to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and proposal development for pavement and asphalt projects
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes specific to asphalt and concrete maintenance
• Excellent analytical and research skills for project analysis and problem-solving
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with clients
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in estimates
• Proficiency with relevant software tools for estimation and project management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pavement estimation and related fields
• Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
