Senior Project Manager

This role is focused on traffic engineering design and traffic studies. The position involves overseeing engineering staff, managing business development efforts and proposals, leading design activities, and maintaining control of project schedules and budgets. Responsibilities also include plan and report production, quality control, and client coordination.

Projects may include traffic signal and lighting design, ITS design, traffic control plans, traffic analysis, and traffic management plans. Experience with Caltrans PS&E is highly preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 12+ years of professional engineering experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• California Registered P.E. (Civil or Traffic required; both preferred)

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or MicroStation, Microsoft Office, Synchro, and HCS

• Strong technical expertise and effective written and verbal communication skills
