Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction sales, project execution, and operational performance across Northern California operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving projects from bid through invoice while overseeing estimating, pricing strategies, and major bids.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a proven ability to manage high-performing project teams while delivering profitable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead construction sales and project management teams

Oversee estimating, pricing strategies, and major bid submissions

Manage projects from initial bid through completion and invoicing

Drive operational growth, efficiency, accountability, and profitability

Partner with division leadership to execute strategic initiatives

Ensure successful delivery of Erosion Control, SWPPP, and Dewatering projects

Hire, mentor, and develop project management and sales personnel

Maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall performance metrics

Qualifications:

10+ years of construction industry experience

5+ years of leadership or management experience

Strong background in estimating and project management preferred

Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to drive operational improvements and business growth

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of erosion control, stormwater management, SWPPP, or dewatering operations

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proven success in estimating, budgeting, and cost control

Team-building and mentoring experience
