Senior Property Management Leader

This role is ideal for a senior property management leader with a strong background in operations, team leadership, and multi-property oversight. You will provide strategic direction to regional and district teams, drive operational and financial performance across portfolios, implement best practices, and lead initiatives focused on resident satisfaction, efficiency, and long-term value creation. A strong emphasis will be placed on executing CapEx plans, managing budgets, optimizing revenue, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of capital projects.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• 10+ years of property management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies and policies
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office
• Experience with manufactured housing
• Willingness to travel as needed
