About the role

In this position, you will serve as lead counsel on catastrophic injury cases from intake through verdict. Responsibilities include developing and executing trial strategy, managing discovery and motion practice, leading depositions, working closely with experts, and delivering compelling courtroom presentations from voir dire through closing arguments. You will also mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with internal teams to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active California State Bar license

• 10+ years of personal injury litigation experience

• Proven first-chair jury trial experience (10+ trials preferred)

• Track record of securing 7- and 8-figure results

• Proficiency with trial tools and legal software (Filevine preferred)

• ABOTA membership, Civil Trial Law Certification, or Spanish fluency is a plus
