Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to lead and develop a service team while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role will oversee work orders, support technicians, build strong relationships with clients and vendors, and drive team performance and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop service team members.
• Manage service operations and work-order workflows.
• Coordinate with technicians, clients, and vendors.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and accountability.
• Resolve operational and service-related issues.
