Summary

Responsible for leading the service business by driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Oversees service projects, maintenance contracts, and team performance while ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new service business and grow maintenance contracts

Review proposals, pricing, and contracts

Manage service projects and ensure timely, profitable delivery

Lead and develop service and sales teams

Maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction

Oversee resource planning, scheduling, and workload

Monitor financial performance, costs, and productivity

Ensure quality, safety, and service standards are met

Requirements:

Engineering degree or 10–15 years relevant experience

Strong leadership, sales, and project management skills

Experience in HVAC/building systems or service operations

Ability to manage teams, customers, and business growth
