Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Hours: 35 Hours/Week

Blended Hourly Pay: USD 71.48/hour

Weekly Stipend: USD 1,267

Weekly Gross: USD 2,501.80

Job Overview


Bluebix Health is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week travel contract at Hilltop Center. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate and skilled SLP looking to provide quality speech, language, and swallowing services in a healthcare setting.

The SLP will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Provide speech, language, communication, and swallowing therapy.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Follow facility policies, clinical standards, and patient safety practices.

Requirements

  • Current and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license as required for the assignment.
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
  • BLS
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred/required based on assignment requirements.
  • Current professional credentials and required state licensure.
  • Strong communication, clinical assessment, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
