Skills:

Experience in IT Project Management and IT digital transformation.

Prior experience working on State of Indiana large software projects desired.

Strong knowledge of information systems development life cycle, information technology, project tools and approaches to development and implementation.

Experience with multiple methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.

Ability to translate technology terms and explain concepts of the SDLC to program/business/stakeholders who may have little to no exposure working on or with large software projects/teams.

Strong knowledge in leading modernizing Oracle, PL/SQL, data warehouses using BigQuery, Dataflow, and DataStream.

Ability to work with technical team members, and other IT professionals to flesh out project plans and risk registers and overcome obstacles.

Strong communication and presentation skills required.

Description:

Responsible for relationship management, project planning, resource management, tactical execution, and the creation and/or oversight of final project deliverables.

Lead end-to-end migration of our on-premises Oracle Data Warehouse to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Mandatory Skills: ( Must Have)

Experience in complex IT project or portfolio coordination involving multiple stakeholders across multiple business areas and geographies

Experience with Cloud migration, Google, Data Warehouse, Migration experience

Ability to translate technology terms and explain concepts of SDLC to program/business folks who have little to no exposure to large software projects

Ability to support Sr. project team staff to drive projects to success

Strong organization, communication and presentation skills

Experience in organizing highly complex and technical information.

Prior experience working on State of Indiana large software projects

Knowledge of multiple methodologies including agile and waterfall

Experience managing projects within Azure DevOps

PMP Certified

Led end-to-end migration of an on-premise to cloud data warehouse migrations
