About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee the construction of luxury single-family residential projects. This role requires strong leadership, project coordination, client management, and field operations experience to successfully manage multiple high-end residential builds simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Construction Management

• Oversee multiple luxury residential construction projects from start to completion
• Manage project schedules, milestone tracking, and subcontractor coordination
• Review and understand all construction drawings, specifications, and project details
• Monitor project budgets, cost tracking, and operational efficiency
• Ensure construction activities align with quality standards, schedules, and project requirements

Client & Team Coordination

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain strong communication with clients while managing expectations and project updates
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Lead meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain organized project documentation and notes
• Track client requests, project updates, and ongoing action items

Quality Control & Risk Management

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and quality standards are maintained
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid schedule or budget impacts
• Ensure proper construction methods, safety practices, and site organization are maintained
• Collaborate with subcontractors to address technical challenges and project risks efficiently

Operational Leadership

• Maintain organized project records, schedules, and communication logs
• Manage short-term and long-term scheduling activities to ensure project deadlines are achieved
• Hold subcontractors accountable for timelines, deliverables, and quality expectations
• Support efficient jobsite operations and maintain a professional construction environment

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing luxury residential construction projects
• Strong background in project management, field supervision, and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and budgeting processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience with scheduling, quality control, and client-facing responsibilities
