Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst to lead and support quality assurance activities across infrastructure and application testing initiatives. This role involves monthly patch testing coordination, working cross-functionally with technical and business teams, executing manual and automation testing, and managing defects and reporting using tools like qTest and JIRA.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Sponsorship is not available.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support monthly patch testing for infrastructure, databases, and application systems
• Partner with multiple teams to manage patching and testing pipelines
• Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test scripts
• Perform manual and automated testing including functional, regression, and system testing
• Lead QA coordination with internal teams, vendors, and business testers
• Manage defects through the full defect lifecycle and ensure closure
• Create QA dashboards and reporting on defects and test progress using qTest
• Support infrastructure-related projects and testing initiatives
• Promote quality standards and ensure testing meets acceptance criteria
• Assist with test data requests and provide daily project status updates
• Participate in design reviews to identify risks impacting automation suites and product quality
• Develop and execute automation scripts as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure testing concepts
• Experience with Automation and API testing
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Tosca Test Suite (Model-Based Framework)
• Tosca API Scan (REST/SOAP testing)
• Selenium
• Ansible
• qTest
• JIRA
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA best practices
• Oracle RDBMS knowledge including:
• PL/SQL
• SQL queries for data validation
• Relational database concepts

Preferred/Additional Technical Skills

• Mobile testing using Tosca with Sauce Labs (iOS/Android)
• Experience with Xcode Simulator and Android Emulator
• Familiarity with web technologies: HTML5, CSS, jQuery
• Comfortable working in UNIX and Windows environments
• Familiarity with source control and configuration management tools
• Agile methodology exposure

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software QA / QC (manual + automation)
• 3+ years coordinating system and application testing efforts
• 2–3 years experience running automation scripts using Tosca
• 2+ years experience using qTest
• Strong experience producing QA artifacts:
• Test strategy
• Test plans
• Test scripts
• Test execution reports

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• OR equivalent experience (8+ years)
