We’re Hiring: Sr. US IT Recruiter

📍 Location: Hyderabad

🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift)

💼 Experience: 3–5 Years

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
• Manage and lead a team of recruiters
• Work on a wide range of IT requirements (multi-technology / blended roles)
• Handle VMS / MSP requirements efficiently
• Manage RFP & SOW-based hiring
• Work on Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Full-Time roles
• Strong focus on W2 hiring
• 
  

🎯 Required Skills:

• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience in team handling
• Strong understanding of US staffing processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing positions
