This opportunity is ideal for a recent law school graduate or newly licensed attorney seeking hands-on experience across multiple areas of law while working directly with clients, courts, and litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda.

Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, contracts, and correspondence.

Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

Assist with hearings, depositions, trials, and case preparation.

Manage case files and maintain litigation deadlines.

Develop proficiency across multiple practice areas.

Work independently while collaborating with the managing attorney.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Licensed attorney or pending bar admission.

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Illinois Bar admission required.

Turkish language skills are a plus.
