We are looking for a highly skilled Staff Product Engineer to lead the development of customer-facing product experiences during a critical high-growth phase. You will work closely with leadership, engineering teams, and customers to design, build, and scale impactful software products that directly contribute to business growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver product features from ideation through production deployment.
• Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance customer-facing applications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with founders, engineers, and customers to shape product direction and priorities.
• Translate customer feedback into meaningful product improvements and new capabilities.
• Drive technical architecture, engineering best practices, and development standards.
• Develop and integrate AI/ML-powered systems into production environments.
• Rapidly iterate and ship features that influence product adoption and revenue growth.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong, high-performance engineering culture.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, preferably within startup ecosystems.
• Strong expertise in building and shipping full-stack products end-to-end.
• Proven experience taking products from 0→1 as an early-stage or founding engineer.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML-enabled applications in production.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to balance speed, scalability, and quality.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling SaaS or AI-driven platforms.
• Background working directly with customers, onboarding, or product feedback loops.
• Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure and scalable systems architecture.
• Leadership experience driving technical strategy or mentoring engineering teams.
