Sterile Processing Supervisor

🏥 Sterile Processing Supervisor – Full-Time | Loxahatchee, FL

We are hiring a Sterile Processing Supervisor for a full-time permanent position at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee, Florida.

💰 Pay: $20–$28.50/hour

🕒 Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (No Weekends)

📅 Schedule: 3 shifts per week (36 hours)

Requirements:

• ✅ Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or equivalent certification (Required)
• ✅ Minimum 2–3 years of Sterile Processing experience
• ✅ At least 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience (Required)
• Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques, infection control, and automated sterilization systems
• High School Diploma or GED

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily sterile processing operations and staff
• Oversee instrument decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and distribution
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission (JC), OSHA, CDC, and AAMI standards
• Perform quality control and sterilization testing
• Train and mentor Sterile Processing team members
• Collaborate with surgical and clinical departments to ensure efficient workflow
