Position: Structural Engineer

Location: Rockville, MD

Role Overview:

The Structural Engineer will be responsible for structural analysis, engineering design, calculations, and supporting various construction projects. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams, overseeing inspections, and maintaining quality standards throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform structural analysis, engineering calculations, and design for construction projects.
Develop and review structural designs using CAD and engineering software.
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other engineering disciplines.
Conduct and oversee field inspections and ensure compliance with design requirements.
Identify and resolve structural and technical issues.
Support quality control and quality management throughout project delivery.
Prepare and review technical documentation, calculations, and design drawings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience in structural engineering, structural analysis, and calculations.
Proficiency with CAD software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
PE license is a plus.
