Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead tax planning, compliance, and tax preparation services for individual and business clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical tax knowledge, experience with complex tax situations, and the ability to provide strategic tax guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare individual and business tax returns.
• Develop tax planning strategies and identify tax-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Advise clients on complex tax matters, including multi-state taxation and business transactions.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and internal teams.
• Mentor junior staff and review their work for accuracy.

Qualifications:

• CPA or EA preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong experience in tax planning, compliance, and return preparation.
• Knowledge of multi-state taxation and complex tax scenarios.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-service skills.
• Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Excel.
