Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with People Soft.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting/auditing experience.
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Knowledge of GAAS
- Government Accounting
- Audit Experience
- Experience with Euna financial and grants software.
- State government accounting experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Reconcile projects
- Audit project activities from the past to correct the activities by project
- Process Journal Entries as needed
- Reconcile and request assigned projects to be closed upon completion
- Engage in comprehensive reviews of financial data
- Process revenue transactions within PeopleSoft as needed
- Review and understand Notice of Awards and Grant Requirements as they relate to the reconciliation of grants/projects
- Maintain listing of all projects/grants to be reconciled and the status of each
