Job Summary

Looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruitment Team Lead/Manager with strong expertise in Genesys/CSU clients to manage team performance and drive quality hiring delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve hiring targets.
• Monitor performance, KPIs, and recruiter productivity.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles (nurses, allied health, therapists, etc.).
• Ensure quality submissions and timely delivery to clients.
• Allocate requisitions and manage team workload/priorities.
• Train, coach, and onboard recruiters to improve performance.
• Maintain client, candidate, MSP & VMS relationships.
• Track metrics (submissions, interviews, offers, placements, fill ratio).
• Conduct team meetings, reviews, and resolve escalations.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with account managers & credentialing teams.
• Improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-fill.
• Prepare reports and performance updates for management.

Additional Responsibilities

• Own team delivery and overall performance.
• Support hiring and training of new team members.
• Ensure policy adherence (attendance/WFH).
• Drive efficiency, revenue, and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in US Healthcare Recruitment (Team Lead/Manager)
• Strong knowledge of Genesys/CSU, MSP/VMS
• Good leadership, communication & analytical skills
• Target-driven and able to handle high-volume hiring
