Job Description:

A growing law firm is seeking a mid-level Transactional / Real Estate Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate and corporate transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and negotiation skills, experience handling complex business transactions, and the ability to work directly with clients in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements and corporate transaction documents

Handle acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and general transactional matters

Assist clients with corporate governance, entity formation, contracts, and business operations

Conduct legal due diligence and support transaction closings

Collaborate with attorneys and clients on strategic business and real estate matters

Provide practical legal and business-oriented advice to clients

Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active admission to practice law in the State of Ohio

Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate and corporate transactional law

Experience working on commercial real estate transactions and business matters

Strong drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently

Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with commercial financing transactions

Prior law firm or in-house transactional experience

Strong business judgment and attention to detail
